Meet the team

Hi, I’m Mickey Clark—co-founder and COO of RockMouse.
My passion for learning and technology began decades ago, and today I channel that energy into designing adaptive performance-support environments where people thrive on the job.I launched my first company, The Learning Group, more than 30 years ago, growing it into one of Australia’s premier interactive learning-solutions providers. Along the way, I’ve partnered with nearly every blue-chip corporate and government agency in the country, helping teams embrace technology in ways that feel intuitive, human-centred and genuinely empowering.
Early in my career, I cut my teeth at Dun & Bradstreet Software in R&D, marketing and product management—roles that eventually led me to Tokyo, where I headed up Product Development and Support for Japan and Asia Pacific. Those experiences taught me that great technology only succeeds when it’s thoughtfully tuned to the people using it.
More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI can supercharge continuous learning in the flow of work. I love collaborating with organisations to turn exciting AI breakthroughs into practical tools: enablers that boost engagement, spark curiosity and build real capability on the job.
I hold a B.A. in Literature and Language from the University of Dallas, and was honoured with a Danforth Fellowship to study Greek classics at the University of Boston. Those early humanities studies sharpened my curiosity and creativity, and I still believe there’s no substitute for asking “why?” when you want to design something truly impactful.

Hi, I’m Craig Simon—co-founder and CEO of RockMouse. I’m driven by one goal: to help organisations unlock their full potential through smarter, more engaging learning experiences. As a performance optimisation expert, I thrive on collaboration and innovation, working hand-in-hand with teams to turn big challenges into real, measurable results.
My journey began in the classroom, where I discovered early on how powerful the right learning environment can be. That passion led me into the educational technology world, where I’ve held leadership roles at Apple, Sun Microsystems and Thomson NetG. Those experiences taught me that technology alone isn’t enough; you need a strategic vision and a deep understanding of how people learn to make it truly transformative.
In 2007 I founded Purple Learning, pioneering bespoke e-learning platforms tailored for complex enterprise needs. Seeing teams streamline skill acquisition and accelerate professional growth through our solutions was incredibly rewarding, and it cemented my belief that personalised, context-sensitive learning is the future.
Today, through ZOMO Consulting and my work at RockMouse, I partner with organisations to reimagine their L&D strategies. Whether it’s an AI-driven coaching tool or on-demand performance support, I blend strategic insight with hands-on delivery to ensure every solution is user-friendly, scalable and aligned to your business goals.
I’m passionate about leveraging AI and personalised learning to create adaptive, on-the-job coaching and mentoring experiences. My mission is simple: empower your people with the right tools, exactly when they need them, so they can excel in their roles and drive your organisation forward.

Hi, I’m Ray Fleming—RockMouse’s Strategic Advisor. I bring deep technical expertise and strategic vision to help organisations harness the full power of AI in learning. Over more than 30 years at the intersection of technology, education and AI-driven transformation, I’ve focused on converting bold ideas into solutions that genuinely support people on the job.
In my role as Head of AI at RockMouse, I partner with teams to weave generative AI into everyday workflows, boosting productivity, enabling fresh ways of working and keeping user experience front and centre. Before joining RockMouse, I shaped national digital education initiatives at Microsoft and advised enterprise and government clients at Google and Innovate GPT on the responsible, scalable adoption of AI.
Today, I lead our strategic solution design, architecting everything from AI-driven coaching and mentoring platforms to adaptive performance-support ecosystems. My goal is to align cutting-edge technology with your business objectives and your people’s real needs, turning breakthroughs into tools employees actually rely on.
What excites me most is unlocking untapped potential, streamlining processes, accelerating skill growth and igniting innovation across an organisation. By combining systems thinking, product innovation and a learner-first mindset, I make sure every AI integration at RockMouse delivers lasting, people-centric impact.
