Mickey Clark, who founded The Learning Group, one of Australia’s premier interactive learning solutions providers, brings over 32 years of experience in enterprise learning & development.
His interest in AI solutions provides him with a unique understanding of how to empower organisations to use technology in an employee-centric manner, ensuring that the new advances in AI tech are designed and implemented as tuneable enablers for employees and teams, improving their engagement with continuous learning opportunities on the job.
Mickey has a long career in business, specifically in technology-related business solutions, and has provided solutions to most of Australia’s blue-chip corporates and government agencies, federal and state.
Prior to starting The Learning Group, Mickey served as an International Director at Dun & Bradstreet Software, serving in a variety of R&D, marketing, and product management roles, before being chosen to head up the company’s Product Development and Support Division in Japan and Asia Pacific.
Known as a thought leader in corporate learning, he has published and spoken at a variety of HR and technical industry events. He has a B.A. in Literature and Language from The University of Dallas (1978), and upon receiving a Danforth Fellowship to the University of Boston, studied Greek Classics in Boston, before starting his business career.
